Returns

We accept return requests within 2 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the issue must fall under specific criteria (see Refunds section). Since our products are digital, physical returns are not applicable.


Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • You did not receive the PDF file.

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable.

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

If your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will verify the issue, and if approved, initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Note: Shipping charges are not applicable, as our products are digital and delivered electronically.


Exchanges

Since our products are digital downloads, exchanges (e.g., changing to a different story or file) are not possible. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or coupons

  • All PDF downloads once delivered or accessed

  • Personalized content (e.g., name-customized stories)


Damaged or Defective Files

If you receive a corrupted or inaccessible PDF file, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. After verifying the issue, we will either resend the file or issue a full refund—depending on your preference.


Return Shipping

Not applicable. We only sell digital products.


Processing Time

Because our products are delivered instantly after payment, all sales are considered final once the download link is accessed.

In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., duplicate purchase or broken file), it will be processed within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
